PAHOA RELIEF SHELTERS , June - July of 2018

We participated in helping spearhead the build of transitional homes for those evacuees displaced by the 2018 Kilauea eruptions. This community based project helped build (20) 10' x 12' tiny homes, restroom facilities, and a common area that provided shelter and safety to displaced families. By volunteering our manpower, equipment, and materials, we were able to offer some relief to the families in need within the Pāhoa communities.

LAUPĀHOEHOE MUSIC FESTIVAL, 2005 - Present

Our annual participation with the Laupāhoehoe Music Festival is an important event where we give back to the community that has helped shape who we are today. From setting up the main stage, vendor facilities, and cleanup, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve the community where we were born and raised.

KEANU EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT, March 2013

We assisted Keanu with his Eagle Scout project. This involved the construction of a showcase kiosk to honor those that were impacted by the historic 1946 tsunami wave at Laupāhoehoe Point. As we work along side the youth of our Laupahoehoe community, we continue to upkeep the maintenance of this Kiosk. By doing so, this helps instill the importance to strengthen our community ties. Laupāhoehoe is a place that helps us stay simple and grounded. God, Family, Country!

TYLER EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT, JULY 2015

We were able to assist Tyler in completing his Eagle Scout project at the Waiakea High School in Hilo. It is a privilege for us to be a part of the lives of our youth as they learn to develope the gratification of service and their vital role in their community. God, Family, Country!
